DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
Our Commitment
Lynto (operated by Kepce Labs) respects the intellectual property rights of journalists, publishers, and content creators. Our service programmatically aggregates publicly available RSS feeds to deliver highly condensed, citation-backed summaries. We do not host full articles or act as a substitute for original reporting.
If you are a publisher, copyright owner, or designated representative and believe that Lynto's indexing or summarization of your content violates your rights, we will promptly and in good faith remove your RSS feeds, summaries, and citations from our ingestion engine upon receiving a valid takedown request.
How to Submit a Request
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright frameworks, we have established a single designated point of contact. To submit a takedown or ingestion exclusion request, please email our Designated Agent at:
Email: lynto@kepcelabs.com
Please use the following subject line: Copyright Takedown Request - [Publisher Name]
Required Information Template
To prevent automated spam and guarantee rapid resolution, copyright takedown requests must follow a structured payload. Please copy, fill out, and include the following template in your email body:
1. ORIGINAL WORK URL: [Provide the exact URL of the original copyrighted work] 2. LYNTO APP PLACEMENT: [Describe where the summary appears in the Lynto app, e.g. category name or specific headline] 3. EXCLUSION INSTRUCTIONS: [Specify if you wish to remove only this story, or permanently exclude all RSS feeds from your domain] 4. GOOD FAITH STATEMENT: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law." 5. ACCURACY STATEMENT: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner." 6. AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE: [Insert electronic signature or typed legal name of the representative]
Upon receipt of a complete and valid payload template, Kepce Labs will review and process the exclusion request, typically removing target feeds or references from our live engine within 24 to 48 hours.
