Welcome to Lynto. By downloading, accessing, or using the Lynto mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Lynto is an intelligence engine and news aggregator. The service programmatically monitors publicly available RSS feeds and utilizes artificial intelligence to provide brief, objective summaries of the day's top news events.

• No Editorial Endorsement: Lynto does not employ human editors and does not endorse the viewpoints of the original publishers.
• Accuracy: While we strive for absolute objectivity and accuracy in our AI-generated summaries, Lynto provides information "as is." We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Users should refer to the cited original sources for authoritative context.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Lynto respects the intellectual property rights of journalists and publishers.

• Fair Use & Aggregation: Our service transforms raw news data into highly condensed executive summaries and provides direct citations and outbound links to the original publishers. We do not host full articles or act as a substitute for original journalism.
• DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy: If you are a publisher or copyright owner and believe that Lynto's indexing or summarization of your content violates your rights, please submit a formal takedown request to lynto@kepcelabs.com. We comply promptly with all valid removal requests and will exclude your feeds from our ingestion engine.

3. User Conduct

By using Lynto, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Use automated scripts, web crawlers, or scrapers to extract data from the Lynto application or backend APIs.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kepce Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Lynto application, including but not limited to reliance on the news summaries provided.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tekirdağ, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Lynto following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
